Piscatus3D
is the leading edge of real-time bathymetry and subsurface tracking
for the fishing industry. It has been designed to help
fishermen catch more fish in less time. By connecting into a
boat's GPS and sounder, a database is built of the depths from the
area the boat fishes. These depths are then merged with
pre-loaded data that comes with Piscatus3D
and a model of the seafloor is built. By getting accurate maps
of the seafloor instantly, a fisherman can increase the boat's
efficiency markedly.
